Vinovium is a Texas négociant and winery founded in 2012 that provides merchant services to the Texas wine industry. We’re a winery that partners with other wineries and in doing so, it allows us to offer an entirely unique Texas Hill Country experience.
We offer central Texas’ largest selection of wines on tap, an expansive wine cocktail list, kegs for parties, home or office, a growler refill program, a rotating bottle program that features wines from our favorite Texas winemakers and a monthly calendar of classes and events.
