Offering Tai Chi, a powerful martial art imbued with traditional Chinese thought, character, medical theory and understanding of energy.  Tai Chi is taught by Peter Shim on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 5 pm.  Also offering Chair Yoga, designed for those who prefer to take their yoga sitting down!  Enjoy a wide ariety of stretches and strengthening exercises as well as breath work, visualization and a seated relaxation.  Chair Yoga is taught by Sara Cotton on Wednesdays from 2 to 3 pm.
