There’s a lot to like about the new Lady Bird Johnson Golf Course. Thanks to nearly $2 million in renovations, it’s been transformed into one of the finest public courses in Texas. The course has been lengthened to a 6,686 yards, Par 71 design. Fairways have been carefully sculpted to reward good shot placement. Greens are firm and fast. The course now has 46 bunkers and water on 10 of the 18 holes. Add it all up and you have an exceptional, resort-like golf experience without those resort prices.
Lady Bird Johnson Golf Course also has a full-stocked pro shop, a perfect 19th hole – Red Bird Grill, and a meeting and tournament room – Cardinal Room.
