Learn to cook, learn to taste, learn to share and learn to laugh at the Fischer & Wieser Culinary Adventure Cooking School. Classes can range from a four-course meal to a deliciously sweet pastry class. The flavorful journey  includes notes on local history and culture, techniques from chefs and grandmothers, tips on Fredericksburg wineries and restaurants, and no shortage of wisdom about food, wine and life. Classes include wines from the Texas Hill Country.
