Fischer & Wieser’s Das Peach Haus is home to all of Fischer & Wieser’s award-winning products from The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce to Mom’s Garlic & Basil Pasta Sauce.  What began as a roadside market for fresh Fredericksburg peaches now serves as a showroom for hundreds of products gracing grocery shelves today.
Sample every product to your heart’s content while enjoying fresh-baked peach cobbler or a Brie cheese plate and some wine or peach cider.  Enhance your memories with the 60 acre farm, stroll through East Texas pine trees and the peach orchard, relax by the water or take home a custom gift to family and friends.
Das Peach Haus is also home to Fischer & Wieser’s Culinary Adventure Cooking School and Culinary Adventure Tasting Room.
