Ab Astris Winery is a family owned winery dedicated to making the best wines produced with Texas grown fruit. Producing handcrafted vintages in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.
The seven 12 acre vineyard was planted in 2018 – 2019 and consists of four acres of Tannat, two acres of Souzao, two acres of Clairette Blanche, two acres of Petite Syrah and two acres of Montepulciano.
