“Identifying Wine Faults and Imbalances”. Join Certified Sommelier, Jennifer Beckmann, for an afternoon exploring what can go wrong in wine! Prep your palate to identify and compartmentalize faults, flaws and imbalances in wine like an expert. Students will be tasting control wines next to their faulted counterparts and several examples of balanced vs. imbalanced wines.
