Friday: “The Battle of the Chefs” Opening Night VIP Dinner. On Friday night, discerning diners will enjoy a themed Great Gatsby Bash on the grounds of the historic Pioneer Museum! Featuring live jazz, guests will dance the night away to vintage hot jazz, Gypsy Swing, and prohibition-era entertainment all while enjoying a VIP dinner and helping to select: “The Best Chef in Texas.” $65 single/$120 couple advance or $100 single/$175 couple at the door. 6 to 10 pm.

Saturday: 5K Hill Country Bier Run. Runners of all ages and abilities will take part in the Bier Run 5K, ending at the Pioneer Museum in the VIP runner’s tent. Participating runners will finish the fun run with a Breakfast of Meisters including German Sausage and a complimentary beer! $25 advance/$35 race day. 9:30 am.

Saturday: The Best of the Texas Tasting Festival. Held Saturday on the grounds of the Pioneer Museum in Fredericksburg, this event includes fun for everyone including access to the historic grounds, live music, wine, beer, liquor tastings and so much more! $7 advance without tastings/$10 at the door without tastings. $20 advance with tastings/$25 at the door with tastings. 11 am to 10 pm. Musical entertainers will include Dirty River Dixie Band, Camden Jordan, Lisa Beck Crawford, Janelle Nichole, Jason Scott, Andy Armendariz, Karneigh Royal, Ben Beckendorf, Boone Holding, Kathy Bauer, Sam Watson and Cydney Walker.

Sunday: Bluebonnet Victory Cup Polo Match. The finale event, the Victory Cup “Blue Bonnet” Polo Match is a networking and social destination drawing hundreds from Texas and beyond. Get ready for an unforgettable afternoon of thrilling polo (Texas Tech vs. Alumni / Cowboy Polo) including awesome food tastings and great drinks. $20 advance/$40 at the door. 11 am to 6 pm. $20 parking fee per car.

Sunday: Victory Cup Farm to Table Dinner. The dinner will be tapping into the local resources of farms and ranches throughout the Texas Hill Country. Guests will enjoy a family-style four course farm to table dinner, featuring live music, complimentary wine and beer pairings. $100 single/$155 couple advance or $155 single/$200 couple at the door. 6 to 10 pm. $20 parking fee per car.

All Inclusive tickets are available for $175 per person in advance or $250 per person at the door.
