Bring your appetites and join us for a fun and delicious afternoon as we explore recipes that pair with our award-winning 2015 Rancho Ponte Vineyard wine releases! Tickets include a cooking demonstration by Chef Rachel Ponte and three full wine and food pairing courses along with copies of all the recipes. Seating is limited and these classes sell out quickly!

Rachel Ponte has many years of experience in food, wine and recipe development. A trained chef with a degree from the CCA, Rachel honed her skills as an independent culinary instructor and as a recipe developer for Williams Sonoma. After opening Rancho Ponte Vineyard in 2009 with her husband Roberto Ponte, Rachel welcomes guests into our barrel room to further explore the marriage of wine and food!
